At St Frock, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or refunds on full-priced items. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Submit Your Return Online

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit or Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 3-5 business days.
